A Little More on Customer Service

This is insider baseball but the following is a note from TD analysts on the customer service news I posted about earlier: "Rogers' complaints per 1,000 subscribers have dropped over 50%, and although still trailing TELUS, the gap has been closed materially. With complaints at Rogers continuing to trend in the right direction, we believe churn should follow, which should allow Rogers to garner more than its fair share of net adds, just as we have seen in the last two quarters."
